Here’s a Courtesy Post for a very special girl—read what her foster mom has relayed to us:
“My name is Dolly!  I am a three-year-old female Pittie.  I was walking the streets alone, when animal control in Riverside picked me up.  I stayed at the shelter for a while, but no one would take me home when they found out that I was deaf!  I can’t help it, I was born that way. ... It’s a lonely world without a human. ... A nice lady came to the shelter when she heard about me and took me home.  She promised me that she would find me my own human to love.  I like people, I like to play, but best of all I like to cuddle and give kisses.  I’m well behaved and walking on a leash.  I’m even learning sign language!  I do have to be an only child because other dogs tend to startle me. Would you be willing to take me home and let me give you all the love and kisses I can?”
